You’ve all heard it a hundred times before: Breakfast is the most important meal of the day… Don’t skip your first meal… Make sure you eat your breakfast… Well – we’re not here to tell you something you already know!  Instead, we want to address some of the most common issues you may face when it comes to filling Half Your Plate at breakfast.

OBJECTION 1: I don’t have enough time!
Breakfast time can be really hectic.  You’re getting yourself ready for work and trying to round up the kids for school all while sticking to a tight schedule.  Whatever the reason may be, we understand that mornings can be the craziest part of your day!

SOLUTION:
