Try a little sweetness on your next BBQ! These tasty grilled grape, strawberry & mango skewers will be an absolute hit!

Ingredients:

Instructions:

  1. Prepare grill/BBQ or broiler.
  2. Skewer fruit, alternating varieties.
  3. Allow fruit to come to room temperature.
  4. Prepare glaze by mixing together honey, orange zest, orange juice and salt. Set aside at room temperature until ready to serve.
  5. Grill skewers until lightly browned on each side, about 2-4 minutes per side.
  6. Brush fruit with glaze and sprinkle with mint. Serve warm
