This national cheese lover’s day, why not celebrate by pairing your favorite fruits and veggies with your favorite cheeses? Today we’re giving you some tips on which cheeses go best with delicious fruits and veggies!

Cobb salad is super simple to toss together, just combine iceberg or romaine lettuce with bacon bits, chopped tomatoes, a hardboiled egg, and your favorite blue cheese! Toss with a simple dressing of Worcestershire sauce, Dijon, minced garlic, red wine vinegar, and oil. Looking for something fancier?   3. Snack pairings:
    • Sharp cheddar and apple
    • Swiss or gouda and grapes
    • Dates stuffed with cream cheese or Neufchatel

  4. Baked zucchini with parmesan. Slice 2-3 medium zucchini to about 1/8 inch thickness. Salt and let the slices drain in a colander for 15 minutes. Rinse and pat dry. Toss into a resealable bag with 3 tbsp olive oil. Toss in ¼ tsp salt, ¼ tsp pepper, ¼ cup parmesan and ¼ cup panko breadcrumbs and shake up the bag until pieces are evenly coated. Spread in one layer on a baking sheet and roast for 15-20 minutes at 425, turning half way through.
