It’s national garlic month and we can’t think of a better way to add kick to half your plate than by spicing it up with garlic!  Here are some of our favourite meals that get loads of flavour from garlic.

Garlic Ranch Mashed Potatoes from Kitschen Cat.  Use your pressure cooker to whip up these tasty mashed potatoes in 10 minutes!

Maple Garlic Roasted Carrots from Jessica in the Kitchen.  Incredibly tender and bursting with flavour, these carrots make a perfect side dish!

Garlic Roasted Kale Chips from Fit Foodie Finds.  A great snack! These chips are gorgeous and jam-packed with nutrients and flavour.

Broiled Asparagus from ifoodreal.  This recipe is super easy, requires only 5 ingredients, and makes a delicious side dish.

Garlic Steamed Broccoli from Chef Michael Smith. This is such a fantastic way to serve broccoli. Super yummy and on the table in under 10 minutes.

Bean, Sweet Potato, and Garlic Stew. Garlic is one of the main ingredients to this great stew!

Garlicky Cruciferous Pasta from Feasting at Home.  One part pasta, three parts cruciferous veggies and all parts deliciously flavoured with garlic.
