Simple \u00e0 r\u00e9aliser, cette entr\u00e9e fera certainement fureur durant les chaudes journ\u00e9es d\u2019\u00e9t\u00e9.<br \/>\n<b>Ingr\u00e9dients<\/b><br \/>\n2 avocats m\u00fbrs<\/p>\n<p>2 concombres anglais<\/p>\n<p>250mL (1 tasse) d\u2019eau<\/p>\n<p>125 mL (1\/2 tasse) de yogourt nature<\/p>\n<p>Le jus de 2 limes<\/p>\n<p>\u00bd petit oignon<\/p>\n<p>100 g (1\/2 bloc) de fromage feta l\u00e9ger<\/p>\n<p>Poivre, au go\u00fbt<\/p>\n<p>Graines de tournesol et graines de citrouille grill\u00e9es (facultatif)<br \/>\n<b>Pr\u00e9paration<\/b><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Peler les avocats et les concombres et les couper grossi\u00e8rement en morceaux.<\/li>\n<li>Mettre tous les ingr\u00e9dients dans le m\u00e9langeur puis mixer jusqu\u2019\u00e0 l\u2019obtention d\u2019une texture lisse et homog\u00e8ne.<\/li>\n<li>Saler et poivrer au go\u00fbt.
