Personnellement, \u00e7a met de la joie dans mes matins d\u2019automne\u00a0! Voici une fa\u00e7on d\u00e9licieuse et diff\u00e9rente de d\u00e9buter la journ\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p>Pour 2 portions<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingr\u00e9dients<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>440mL (1 \u00be tasse) de lait<\/li>\n<li>30mL (2 c. \u00e0 table) de sirop d\u2019\u00e9rable<\/li>\n<li>1mL (\u00bc c. \u00e0 th\u00e9) d\u2019extrait de vanille<\/li>\n<li>5mL (1 c. \u00e0 th\u00e9) de m\u00e9lange d\u2019\u00e9pices \u00ab\u00a0tarte \u00e0 la citrouille\u00a0\u00bb*<\/li>\n<li>1 pinc\u00e9e de sel<\/li>\n<li>250mL (1 tasse) de gruau \u00e0 cuisson rapide<\/li>\n<li>1 pomme, coup\u00e9e en petits cubes<\/li>\n<li>60mL (\u00bd tasse) de pur\u00e9e de citrouille<\/li>\n<li>60mL (\u00bc tasse) de pacanes<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Pr\u00e9paration<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Dans une petite casserole, porter \u00e0 \u00e9bullition le lait, le sirop d\u2019\u00e9rable, la vanille et les \u00e9pices.<\/li>\n<li>Ajouter le gruau, la pur\u00e9e de citrouille et les cubes de pomme, et laisser mijoter jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce que la majorit\u00e9 du liquide soit absorb\u00e9 (environ 3 minutes), en brassant.<\/li>\n<li>Verser le m\u00e9lange dans 2 bols et garnir de pacanes ou de graines de citrouille r\u00f4ties juste avant de servir.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>*si vous n\u2019avez pas ce m\u00e9lange d\u2019\u00e9pices \u00e0 la maison, vous pouvez le remplacer par 2mL de cannelle, 1mL de gingembre, 1mL de muscade et 1mL de clou de girofle.<\/p>\n<p>Par Marie-\u00c8ve Caplette Dt.P. nutritionniste, Ambassadrice sur le campus Visez la moiti\u00e9<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Un d\u00e9jeuner qui go\u00fbte la tarte \u00e0 la citrouille, \u00e7a vous dit\u00a0?
