Les endives peuvent aussi \u00eatre servies en accompagnement de vos grillades. Profitez-en pendant qu\u2019elles sont de saison !<\/p>\n<p><strong>Vinaigrette<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>45 ml (3 c. \u00e0 soupe) de yogourt grec nature 2%<\/p>\n<p>30 ml de vinaigre de cidre<\/p>\n<p>15 ml de sirop d\u2019\u00e9rable<\/p>\n<p>5 ml de moutarde de Dijon<\/p>\n<p><strong>Salade<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>4 petites endives<\/p>\n<p>1 pomme verte, non pel\u00e9e, coup\u00e9e en petits cubes<\/p>\n<p>125 ml (1\/2 tasse) de raisins rouges sans p\u00e9pins, coup\u00e9s en 4<\/p>\n<p>60 ml (1\/4 tasse) de noix de Grenoble, hach\u00e9es<\/p>\n<p>Sel et poivre, au go\u00fbt<\/p>\n<p><strong>Pr\u00e9paration<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>(Facultatif) Placez les noix sur une plaque \u00e0 cuisson et faites griller au four \u00e0 400F 5 minutes ou jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce qu\u2019elles soient l\u00e9g\u00e8rement dor\u00e9es. R\u00e9server.<\/li>\n<li>Dans un bol, bien m\u00e9langer les ingr\u00e9dients de la vinaigrette \u00e0 l\u2019aide d\u2019une fourchette ou d\u2019un fouet. Placer au r\u00e9frig\u00e9rateur.<\/li>\n<li>Couper la base des endives et retirer les 6-8 premi\u00e8res feuilles de chaque endive. R\u00e9server.<\/li>\n<li>Hacher grossi\u00e8rement le coeur des endives et d\u00e9poser les morceaux dans un bol moyen.<\/li>\n<li>Ajouter dans ce bol la pomme, les raisins, les noix et la vinaigrette.
