Encore mieux lorsqu\u2019ils sont faits de vrais fruits, dont de bonnes fraises d\u2019ici. Profitez-en pendant que c\u2019est la saison. Cette recette toute simple nous permet de nous amuser avec nos combinaisons de fruits pr\u00e9f\u00e9r\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p><strong>INGR\u00c9DIENTS<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>500 ml (2 tasses)\u00a0de\u00a0fraises, \u00e9queut\u00e9es<\/p>\n<p>250 ml (1 tasse) de melon d\u2019eau, coup\u00e9 en cubes<\/p>\n<p>15 ml (1 c. \u00e0 table) de sirop d\u2019\u00e9rable<\/p>\n<p>250 ml (1 tasse)\u00a0de yogourt grec \u00e0 la vanille<\/p>\n<p>PR\u00c9PARATION<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright size-medium wp-image-8914\" src=\"https:\/\/www.halfyourplate.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/07\/pop-glace-fraise-melon-3-300x200.jpg\" alt=\"pop-glace-fraise-melon-3\" width=\"300\" height=\"200\" \/><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Placer les fraises, le melon d\u2019eau et le sirop d\u2019\u00e9rable dans un m\u00e9langeur et r\u00e9duire en pur\u00e9e. Si vous pr\u00e9f\u00e9rez qu\u2019il y ait des morceaux de fruits dans votre su\u00e7on glac\u00e9, pulser quelques coups seulement.<\/li>\n<li>Verser les fruits et le yogourt dans des moules \u00e0sucettes glac\u00e9es\u00a0en alternant les deux, afin de cr\u00e9er diff\u00e9rentes \u00e9tages. Vous pouvez ensuite brasser d\u00e9licatement \u00e0 l\u2019aide d\u2019un b\u00e2ton en bois pour cr\u00e9er un effet marbr\u00e9.<\/li>\n<li>Ins\u00e9rer un b\u00e2ton en bois au centre de chaque moule.
