Vous pourrez ais\u00e9ment viser la moiti\u00e9 pour votre sant\u00e9!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Vos p\u00e2tes pr\u00e9f\u00e9r\u00e9es \u00e0 la sauce aux tomates grill\u00e9es<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>DONNE DE 4 \u00c0 6 PORTIONS<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ingr\u00e9dients<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>910 g (2 lb) de tomates raisins<\/li><li>2 gros oignons jaunes, tranch\u00e9s finement<\/li><li>1 bulbe d\u2019ail, gousses tranch\u00e9es finement<\/li><li>15 \u00e0 30 ml (1 ou 2 c. \u00e0 soupe) d\u2019huile d\u2019olive<\/li><li>15 ml (1 c. \u00e0 soupe) d\u2019origan, de thym ou de romarin s\u00e9ch\u00e9<\/li><li>2 ml (1\/2 c. \u00e0 th\u00e9) de sel<\/li><li>Beaucoup de poivre fra\u00eechement moulu<\/li><li>450 g (1 lb) de p\u00e2tes, au choix<\/li><li>1 emballage de 142 g (5 oz) de jeunes \u00e9pinards, de roquette, de bette ou de chou fris\u00e9<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Pr\u00e9chauffer le four \u00e0 190 \u00b0C (375 \u00b0F) et actionner le mode convection, le cas \u00e9ch\u00e9ant.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>M\u00e9langer les tomates, les oignons, l\u2019ail, l\u2019huile d\u2019olive, l\u2019origan, le sel et le poivre. Verser le tout dans un plat de cuisson de 22 x 33 cm (9 x 13 po) et laisser griller pendant environ une heure, en remuant toutes les 20 minutes ou jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce que les l\u00e9gumes soient dor\u00e9s, d\u00e9licieux et qu\u2019ils d\u00e9gagent leur ar\u00f4me.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Vers la fin de l\u2019heure, cuire une bo\u00eete de p\u00e2tes au choix dans beaucoup d\u2019eau bouillante sal\u00e9e. Bien \u00e9goutter. Incorporer imm\u00e9diatement les jeunes \u00e9pinards dans la casserole avec les p\u00e2tes encore chaudes. Servir avec la garniture aux tomates grill\u00e9es sortie tout droit du four.
