Couvrir, sans laver. Les jeunes carottes se conservent jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 deux semaines tandis que les carottes m\u00fbres se gardent 3 ou 4 semaines.<\/p>\n<h5>Pour appr\u00eater<\/h5>\n<p>Couper les deux extr\u00e9mit\u00e9s. Rincer. Frotter ou peler.
