Les morceaux de courge doivent \u00eatre couverts et r\u00e9frig\u00e9r\u00e9s; ils se gardent jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 cinq jours.<\/p>\n<h5>Pour appr\u00eater<\/h5>\n<p>Rincer. Couper la courge en deux. Retirer les graines et la chair filandreuse.
