Afin de pr\u00e9server la saveur, \u00e9viter autant que possible l\u2019exposition \u00e0 la lumi\u00e8re.<\/p>\n<h5>Pour appr\u00eater<\/h5>\n<p>On peut manger la chicor\u00e9e witloof cuite au four, cuite \u00e0 la vapeur, bouillie, grill\u00e9e ou crue. La cuire \u00e0 la vapeur est g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement pr\u00e9f\u00e9rable \u00e0 la bouillir parce que les feuilles bien serr\u00e9es retiennent ainsi moins d\u2019eau.
