Faire m\u00fbrir les mangues \u00e0 temp\u00e9rature ambiante, sans les couvrir.<\/p>\n<h5>Pour appr\u00eater<\/h5>\n<p>Rincer. Pour peler, couper la peau de fa\u00e7on \u00e0 former quatre sections puis l&rsquo;enlever comme celle d&rsquo;une banane, ou couper la mangue en deux et retirer le noyau.
