Laisser cuire \u00e0 la vapeur de 3 \u00e0 4 minutes environ, ou jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce qu\u2019il soit tendre et l\u00e9g\u00e8rement fl\u00e9tri. Transf\u00e9rer le brocoli italien cuit \u00e0 la vapeur dans le bain de glace. Placer le chou fris\u00e9 hach\u00e9 dans un grand bol. Parer le bulbe de fenouil en r\u00e9servant une partie des frondes et retirer le c\u0153ur. R\u00e2per le fenouil \u00e0 la mandoline au-dessus du bol contenant le chou fris\u00e9. Retirer le c\u0153ur de la pomme et la r\u00e2per \u00e0 la mandoline au-dessus du m\u00eame bol. Enlever la peau dure externe de l\u2019oignon rouge et r\u00e2per ce qui reste \u00e0 la mandoline, toujours dans le m\u00eame bol.<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-40832-step-0-4\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 5px\";>Presser le brocoli italien blanchi pour retirer l\u2019eau exc\u00e9dentaire et le mettre dans le grand bol avec le chou fris\u00e9 et les autres fruits et l\u00e9gumes r\u00e2p\u00e9s.
