Cooking fruit lets the sweet juices ooze out – it’s a perfect topping for yogurt.

Instructions:

  1. In bowl, stir together brown sugar, orange juice, honey, cinnamon and ginger.
  2. Add pineapple and mango; toss to coat.
  3. Spread on foil-lined heavy baking sheet; broil on top third rack until caramelized and bubbly, 3 to 5 minutes.
  4. Let cool slightly.
  5. Spoon yogurt into each of 4 serving bowls.
  6. Top each with fruit mixture and almonds (if using).
