unpeeled, coarsely grated

breadcrumbs

onion
finely chopped

parsley
fresh, finely chopped

canola oil
Instructions
In large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients except oil.
Form into 6 patties of equal size.
Preheat oil in large saucepan over medium heat. Cook patties until golden brown, about 10 minutes/side.
Patties can also be broiled in the oven or grilled on the barbecue.
