Instructions
Heat oil in a medium saucepan, cook poppy seeds and onion until onion softens.
Add turmeric, lamb, Gourmet Garden Fresh Blends™ Indian, Gourmet Garden Garlic, Ginger and chicken stock to pan.
Simmer 40 minutes or until lamb is tender and sauce has reduced. Stir in light coconut milk and green beans.
Simmer curry until beans are just tender.
Serve topped with spring onions on rice.
