halved

chopped

low sodium, canned, drained and rinsed

Strawberries

Goat cheese

Spinach or Romaine lettuce
Instructions
Layer all ingredients in a 1 L mason jar starting with the dressing and ending with the spinach. Refrigerate.
When you are reading to eat, shake and transfer to a bowl.
