- 2 tbsp Fat Free Salad Dressing
- 1/2 cup Cherry Tomatoes halved
- 1/2 cup Cucumber chopped
- 1/2 cup Red Pepper chopped
- 1/2 cup Black Beans low sodium, canned, drained and rinsed
- 1/2 cup Strawberries chopped
- 1 tbsp Goat cheese
- 2 cups Spinach or Romaine lettuce
- Layer all ingredients in a 1 L mason jar starting with the dressing and ending with the spinach. Refrigerate.
- When you are reading to eat, shake and transfer to a bowl.
