Ingredients

  • 1 large banana ripe
  • 2 tbsp wheat germ heaping
  • 2 ounces tofu soft
  • 1/2 cup yogurt non fat plain
  • 1/2 cup strawberries
  • 1/2 cup orange juice Minute Maid

Instructions

  • Place all ingredients into a blender.
  • Blend on high speed until thoroughly blended.
  • Pour into glass and serve.
