Did you know that you can prepare marinated veggies without having to can them? This quick method lets you keep vegetables in the fridge for up to 1 month. Pickled veggies help to curb food waste and are sure to become the star of your salads and poké bowls!
Places radishes, cucumbers, and dill in three 500 ml jars.
In a small pot, add apple cider vinegar, water, sugar, salt, hot pepper flakes, mustard seeds, and garlic. Boil and stir until sugar and salt are dissolved.
Remove from heat and pour the liquid into the jars.
Let cool on the counter, close the lids, and place jars in the fridge.
Marinate for 30 minutes before serving.
