Bio

Hello there, I’m Elis! I’m a Registered Dietitian, food stylist and digital content creator. In 2016 I built a successful business as one of the first dietitian led marketing agencies, working with Sick Kids Hospital, George Brown College, TMU, and agricultural partners like Ontario Pork and Egg Farmers of Ontario. My passion is supporting brands that help people live well and inspiring their viewers with unique content that will inspire lifestyle changes and healthier choices. In 2019 I founded Snapstudio55, an online school for Dietitians and nutrition experts, teaching food styling and food photography. Currently, I live in Toronto with my husband and baby girl who goes by the pet name, bean.
