Bio

I am a Registered Dietitian in Ontario . I have completed my certificate program at Ryerson University on Internationally Educated Professionals in Nutrition. I have over 4 years of nutrition experience in areas such as infant nutrition and metabolic disorders. I have extensive knowledge on vegetarian and vegan diets. My passion lies in providing evidence-based nutrition counselling and education to the above-mentioned population. Working with clients in having a healthy relationship with food is one of my areas of focus I believe in the fact that one size doesn’t fit all. I take a client-centered approach in goal setting and nutrition care plan.
