Ingredients
- 2 lbs Mini Potatoes
- 2 tbsp Hot Honey substitute regular honey
- 2 tbsp Olive Oil
- Juice of 1/2 Lime
- Pinch of Chili Flakes
- Salt
- Pepper
- Sour Cream for serving
Instructions
- Toss all of the ingredients into a bowl, toss to evenly coat all of the potatoes.
- Preheat airfryer to 400.
- Add the potatoes and air fry for10-12 minutes (or until fork tender) shaking the basket 2-3 times during the cooking process.
- Serve with a dollop of sour cream
