Ingredients

  • 1 avocado rinsed and skin removed
  • ¼ cup (60 mL) fresh dill rinsed
  • ¼ cup (60 mL) fresh basil rinsed
  • ½ cup (125 mL) fresh parsley rinsed
  • 3 tbsp. (45 mL) apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tsp. (5 mL) Dijon mustard
  • ¼ cup (60 mL) water
  • ¼ cup (60 mL) Plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/3 cup (80 mL) olive oil
  • ½ tsp. (2.5 mL) salt
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Place avocado, dill, basil, parsley, vinegar, mustard, water, and yogurt in food processor bowl. Blend to a puree. Drizzle in oil while the mixer is on and blend for a few seconds until smooth.
