Ingredients
- 1 large Pear ripe
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp Vanilla
- 1/4 cup Vanilla Yogurt low fat
- 1/4 cup Skim Milk
- 1 tbsp Oats
- 4 small Ice Cubes
- Drizzle Honey optional
