- 2 cups SUNSET® Y.E.L.O.® tomatoes , Diced
- 2 cups SUNSET® Kumato® tomatoes Diced
- 1 ripe Avocado, pitted and diced
- 1/3 cup Red Onion, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup Lime juice
- 1/4 cup Fresh Cilantro, finely chopped
- 1 tbsp Salt
- 1/2 tbsp Ground Cumin
- 1 Jalapeno, seeded and chopped
- Mutligrain Tortilla Chips
Instructions
- Stir Y.E.L.O. and Kumato tomatoes with avocado, onion, jalapeño, cilantro, lime juice, salt and cumin. Serve with multigrain tortilla chips.
