Ingredients:

  • 2 cups SUNSET® Y.E.L.O.® tomatoes , Diced
  • 2 cups SUNSET® Kumato® tomatoes Diced
  • 1 ripe Avocado, pitted and diced
  • 1/3 cup Red Onion, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup Lime juice
  • 1/4 cup Fresh Cilantro, finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp Salt
  • 1/2 tbsp Ground Cumin
  • 1 Jalapeno, seeded and chopped
  • Mutligrain Tortilla Chips

Instructions:

  1. Stir Y.E.L.O. and Kumato tomatoes with avocado, onion, jalapeño, cilantro, lime juice, salt and cumin. Serve with multigrain tortilla chips.
