- 4 medium tomatoes
- 2 balls bocconcini cheese
- 2 tbsp basil leaves, fresh
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- salt and pepper
- Slice the tomatoes and the bocconcini and chop the basil.
- On a flat plate, arrange the tomato and bocconcini slices in concentric circles, slightly overlapping each other.
- Add salt and pepper generously. Sprinkle with oil and chopped basil.
