Ingrédients

  • 1 package Harvest Fresh Kale Super Blend
  • 4 medium Sausages
  • 5 Cloves
  • 750 ml Water
  • 1 Star Anise
  • 5 Bay Leaves
  • 1/4 tsp Nutmeg
  • 1 tsp 5 Spice Powder
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  • In a pot, add the bag of the Kale Super Blend
  • Remove the casing from the sausage and crumble the meat.
  • Add spices, salt, and cover with water.
  • Cook on medium to high heat for 90 minutes with lid on.
  • After cooked let the soup sit another 90 minutes off the heat.
