- 1 package Harvest Fresh Kale Super Blend
- 4 medium Sausages
- 5 Cloves
- 750 ml Water
- 1 Star Anise
- 5 Bay Leaves
- 1/4 tsp Nutmeg
- 1 tsp 5 Spice Powder
- Salt to taste
- In a pot, add the bag of the Kale Super Blend
- Remove the casing from the sausage and crumble the meat.
- Add spices, salt, and cover with water.
- Cook on medium to high heat for 90 minutes with lid on.
- After cooked let the soup sit another 90 minutes off the heat.
