Look For
A firm symmetrical melon with fully rounded sides and a yellowish underside. If cut, select a melon with bright red flesh.
To Store
Watermelons should be stored in the fridge and will last up to a week uncut. After cutting, store wrapped watermelon in refrigerator for 3-4 days.
To Prepare
Rinse, cut melon into wedges or scoop out flesh.
