Ingredients

  • 1 lb turkey ground
  • 1 1/4 cup apples unpeeled, coarsely grated
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup onion finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup parsley fresh, finely chopped
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp Canola oil

Instructions

  • In large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients except oil.
  • Form into 6 patties of equal size.
  • Preheat oil in large saucepan over medium heat.
  • Cook patties until golden brown, about 10 minutes/side.
  • Patties can also be broiled in the oven or grilled on the barbecue.
