- 1 lb turkey ground
- 1 1/4 cup apples unpeeled, coarsely grated
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup onion finely chopped
- 1/2 cup parsley fresh, finely chopped
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp Canola oil
- In large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients except oil.
- Form into 6 patties of equal size.
- Preheat oil in large saucepan over medium heat.
- Cook patties until golden brown, about 10 minutes/side.
- Patties can also be broiled in the oven or grilled on the barbecue.
