- 1 1/2 cups Ripe Prunes or Black Plums, chopped
- 4 slices Lemon finely chopped
- 1/2 cup Dry Red Wine
- 1/4 cup Granulated Sugar
- Pinch of Salt
- In a small saucepan stir together plums, lemon, wine, sugar and salt. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to simmer and cook for about 10 minutes or until plums are very soft.
